The room was great, so clean and pretty, and it had everything I needed - central heating, lots of TV channels, and a fridge. The location here is amazing and the staff were really nice and helpful. 😊

Staff were excellent and really very friendly, rooms were warm and equipped with working air conditioning, the TV. Location: the hotel was near to close to the subway. The place was close to Salladaeng Bangkok, where you can have dinner.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel. The pictures online don't do them justice. Not only was there enough room to move around comfortably, but the bathroom was also a good size for two people to share. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of washing machines and dryers for guests to use, which made our stay even more convenient. The location of the hotel was fantastic too, with easy access to the Seoul metro, popular attractions, and a charming traditional neighborhood.

While there were many positives about this hotel, there was one minor aspect that could be improved upon. The cleanliness of the room, although overall good, seemed to lack attention to detail in some areas.

The room I booked was thoroughly clean, including under the beds, and had a TV and working air conditioning; the location was also excellent, within walking distance of Changdeokgung.

The location was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from a beautiful royal Confucian shrine. Our room was impeccably clean and had working air conditioning and a TV. The staff was very friendly and incredibly nice.

The staff was fantastic, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The manager and new guy were both helpful. The facilities were great, with free washing machine, dryer, microwave, and water filter machine. The location was perfect for exploring the historic part of Seoul.

I have stayed at The Garden Hotel before and I plan to stay again. The location is fantastic, with a royal Confucian shrine within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The location of Garden was perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhood with its great restaurants and shops. We were pleasantly surprised by the free laundry service and the cozy gathering room where we could relax. The staff was friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist us. The value for money was outstanding, especially compared to other accommodations we stayed in during our trip. The room was clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend Garden for a comfortable and convenient stay in Seoul.

During our stay, we were impressed by the hotel's central location close to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops. We loved the communal area downstairs, where we could enjoy different types of coffee and make new friends from all over the world. The room was cosy and provided a large television for entertainment. The staff were incredibly nice and provided quick support when we had issues with the heating. The laundry service and free snacks were perfect for a family travelling with kids.

The bathroom was a bit small, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary coffee and free access to drinking water at the hotel. The location was also fantastic as it was close to the airport shuttle stop and within walking distance to some popular attractions. I also enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom which provided good comfort during the cold weather.

The noise-levels at night were quite high which made it difficult to sleep as the room wasn't soundproof. the towels were too small and the toiletries storage in the bathroom was inadequate.
